Once you've purchased the subscription, cancel the auto-renewal on your account to ensure that you are never charged again. Here's how you can cancel it:

  1. Login to your Scanova account

  2. Click on Settings tab and go to Order History

  3. Click on the order for which you want to cancel the recurring payment

  4. Click on the Cancel Recurring Payment button

  5. You will receive an email confirmation from our payment gateway partner 2Checkout

  6. You will not be billed in the next cycle but your data will remain saved with us for a year in case you want to restart your subscription
