If your QR Code was previously working and is not working anymore, it can be due to the following possibilities:

  1. Dynamic QR Code Expired: Your QR Code was dynamic in nature which requires an ongoing subscription for it to remain active. Subscribe to one of Scanova's subscription plans to reactivate your dynamic QR Codes. See plans & pricing

  2. Dynamic QR Code on Standby: If you have an active subscription, your QR Code may have gone into Standby mode unintentionally. Go to Campaign Manager and check if your QR Code is in Active mode or Standby mode. If its in Standby mode, change the status to Active to reactivate your QR Code

  3. Wear and Tear: If your QR Code is placed on material that is susceptible to wear and tear, it is possible that the QR Code in not scannable any more. In this case, you may need to reprint the QR Code. Tip: Keep the error correction of the QR Code high to offset wear and tear
